A special meeting of the Board of Trustees was called to order at 5:02 pm Tues. Oct. 23, 2007 by Pres. Elsie Munson.  Trustees present: D. Liston, K. Hughes, K. Kucik, E. Munson.  Absent: E. Robel, M.J. Farrell, J. Stockwell.  Also present , Director Maria Zawacki.

Old Business:

Trustees reviewed several proposals submitted by Garrelts Plumbling in response to furnace replacement.  Motion made by Liston, seconded by Hughes to approve option #3  providing for the installation of 2 new Goodman 90% efficiency upflow furnaces with variable speed blower motors.  Ayes: Liston, Hughes, Kucik, and Munson.  Motion passed.

Motion to adjourn by Liston, second by Kucik.  All ayes.  Meeting adjourned at 5:08 p.m.
