Board Meeting Minutes---Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2005

The meeting was called to order at 7:10 pm by Library Director Maria Zawacki. Trustees present: Evelyn Brefeld, Absent: Marilynn May, Elsie Munson, and Edna Robel, Present via telephone conferencing: Mary Jo Farrell, Kathy Hughes, Doug Liston.

Via telephone conferencing, a motion was made by Evelyn Brefeld and seconded by Mary Jo Farrell to pay the bills in the amount of $34,293.80. Ayes: Evelyn Brefeld, Mary Jo Farrell, Doug Liston, and Kathy Hughes. Nayes: none. Absent: Marilynn May, Elsie Munson, Edna Robel.

All other items on the agenda were tabled until the next meeting.
