The hearing was called to order at 6:30 pm by Vice-President Mary Jo Farrell.

Trustees present: Evelyn Brefeld, Mary Jo Farrell, Kathy Hughes, Kathy Kucik, Doug Liston, Edna Robel and Elsie Munson.

No public attendees.

Motion was made by K. Kucik and seconded by K. Hughes to adjourn the hearing. Motion carried. The hearing was adjourned at 6:55 pm.
