Our Services for You

Computers and Printing

The library provides public computers with filtered Internet access, as well as computers with the Microsoft Office products. Children age 17 and under must have a signed parental permission form on file before using the Internet stations.  Wireless Internet access is also available. The cost of printing is 10¢ a page for black and white and 50¢ a page for color.   You can also print wirelessly from your own computer or mobile device and pick up print jobs at the library.  Everyone who uses a library computer must follow our policy regarding computer and Internet use.

Copying, Faxing, and Scanning

The charge for black and white photocopies is 10¢ per page and 50¢ per page for color copies.  The cost to send or receive a fax is 50¢ for the first page and 45¢ for each additional page.  Scanning is available at 10¢ per scan.

Interlibrary Loan

If you need a book, DVD, or other item that we don't have, ask us to borrow it from another library for you.  You can request an item in person, via the phone, or via the Interlibrary Loan Request Form.

Library Card

Library cards are provided free of charge to all residents of our district, as part of your tax-supported library services. Your card gives you borrowing privileges here and at most public libraries in Illinois, access to special online resources, and more. Click here to learn how to get a library card.

Meeting Room

The use of the library’s meeting room is free to non-profit groups for educational, cultural, and civic purposes, provided such meetings are open to the general public.  For-profit groups may use the room upon payment of $50 per meeting. The meeting room must be booked in person and a room reservation form must be signed. Any group wishing to use the Community Room must agree to follow library policies.
